Orders and Contract Formation

A sales contract is concluded when the Customer places an order and receives confirmation of order acceptance from the Seller.

The time of order processing is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization.

If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer or payment card - the time of order processing is counted from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account or obtaining positive payment authorization.

The entity providing online card payment services is Autopay S.A.

Online payments may be processed via Stripe or PayNow depending on the selected method.

All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices and include VAT where applicable.


Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from payment authorization.

Delivery is carried out exclusively within Poland.

Carrier: InPost.

The Seller remains responsible for the goods until delivered to the Consumer.


Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

Each order includes a tester sample. Customers are advised to test the fragrance using the tester before opening the main perfume packaging.

Returns are accepted only if the main perfume packaging remains sealed and unopened.

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which, after opening, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Return Procedure

  2. Complete the required information
  3. Receive return approval
  4. Receive a QR code
  5. Send the parcel via InPost using the QR code

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


Complaints – Conformity of Goods

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Polish law.

If the goods are non-conforming, the Consumer may request that the goods be brought into conformity.

Due to the nature of the products offered (sealed cosmetic goods), conformity is ensured primarily through replacement of the product.

If replacement is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, the Consumer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law.

If a lack of conformity is revealed within 2 years from delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

Promotions and Price Reductions

In the case of a price reduction, the Store displays the lowest price from the 30 days prior to the reduction in accordance with EU Omnibus Directive requirements.
