Legal Compliance

MYSQ Sp. z o.o. operates in compliance with Polish law and European Union regulations, including the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (implementing key EU consumer protections), the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679) regarding personal data protection.

We also adhere to general EU e-commerce and digital services frameworks, including principles derived from the Electronic Commerce Directive and updates introduced through the Omnibus Directive, which enhance transparency, fairness, and consumer protections in online transactions.

Consumer Rights

EU customers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. This is known as the statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, customers may use the model withdrawal form provided in our Return & Refund Policy, or submit a clear statement of withdrawal through any of our contact channels.

Returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy. Perfumes must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Consumers retain the right of withdrawal at all times. For hygiene reasons, a refund will only be issued if the perfume remains sealed and unopened; opened or used perfumes are not eligible for a refund.

Conformity of Goods

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years from delivery.

Due to the nature of the products offered (sealed cosmetic goods), conformity claims apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products and are addressed primarily through replacement.

To make a conformity claim, please contact us at kontakt@mysq.pl with details of the issue. We will respond and process valid claims within 14 days, in accordance with Polish law.

Product Authenticity

All products sold are 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers.

Orders shipped within Poland include a complimentary 2ml tester, allowing customers to test the fragrance before opening the main bottle. A tester is not included with orders shipped to other countries. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist promptly.

Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data is collected and processed only for order fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions and legal matters are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poznań, Poland.

This choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive consumers residing in other EU member states of the mandatory consumer protections provided under the laws of their own country of residence.
