Consumer Rights

  • EU customers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
  • Returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy. Perfumes must remain unopened and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Product Authenticity

  • All products sold are 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers.
  • Every purchase includes a complimentary tester, allowing customers to test the fragrance before opening the main bottle.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
