Golden Return Policy - MYSQ

At MYSQ, every perfume shipped within Poland comes with a complimentary 2ml tester so you can test the fragrance before opening the main bottle.

(Orders placed via TikTok Shop do not include a tester)

If you decide it's not the right scent for you, you're welcome to return the unopened product.

Return Period

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please test the fragrance using the complimentary tester before opening the main bottle.
  • To ensure hygiene and safety, returns are only accepted for unopened bottles.

Return Shipping

For orders shipped within Poland, we provide an InPost return label through the return portal. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

For orders shipped to other EU countries, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a label is not provided.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item.

Please allow up to 14 calendar days for the refund to be processed. Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Gift Sets & Duo Sets

Please note that Gift Sets and Duo Sets do not include complimentary testers.

European Union - Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

For hygiene and safety, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

In line with EU consumer regulations, perfumes that have been opened after delivery are not eligible for return.

EU Orders (Outside Poland)

For orders shipped within Poland, every perfume includes a complimentary 2ml tester, allowing you to try the fragrance before opening the main bottle.

For orders shipped to other EU countries, a complimentary tester is not included.

  • Before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us via our website chatbot for a fragrance recommendation based on your preferences.
  • You retain the legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the bottle remains sealed and unopened.
  • For hygiene reasons, once a bottle has been opened it is no longer eligible for return.

Regardless of destination, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, lost in transit, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
